Behold

I spent the morning turning over/watering the compost pile and adding many bags of composted cow, lime & ash. I even broke the good pitch fork. Managed to remove vast quatities of ivy that had invaded over the winter too.

Once I get ahold of a good sized tarp, will cover this sucker over to help it ferment and discourage plant life from taking over again. Wish me luck with it.

Maybe we'll get more worms this year and I can make a neighborhood business of selling them to all the recreational fishing freaks around the neighborhood (the poor fish must get tired of being repeatedly caught and thrown back in - guess it's better than being caught and kept out though?).
